Who We Are
It is Possible to take little trip around the world seafood art without the expense of leaving Brisbane. St. James Crab House was born in the Sunshine state, out of a need for an eatery that focused on seafood cooked in amazing sauces and a grilling selection that offers something for everyone.
The Pillar Focus for our menu was to give an experience to our dinners, while its healthy, clean, portion – controlled meal made with natural ingredients and nutrient-preserving cooking techniques.
But in truth, the inspiration has been drawn from Sprinkle of experience from
across the globe with a Head Chef – Anton Agnal who has sweated in Middle East and Singapore, shivered in France and preparing meals with culinary expertise at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore. Also, he assisted the Celebrity Chef Curtis Stone at Singapore Sun Festival.
Indeed, he believed food is travel, so he travelled many places and learned from the locals who produce the fresh food. Thus, he has bought us more than Two decades of experience in culinary art.
